By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This website provides information about holiday rentals managed by Staylio Rentals on the Costa Daurada (Salou, Cambrils, Reus, Tarragona and nearby) and enables direct booking through Staylio, including payment for the stay, applicable tourist tax, and optional extras (packs) linked to the stay.

Some properties may also be listed on external platforms such as Airbnb. Bookings made on external platforms are governed by that platform’s terms.

Users agree to use the website lawfully, respectfully and in accordance with applicable law.

It is prohibited to use the website for fraudulent purposes, to distribute unlawful content, to attempt unauthorised access to systems, or to carry out activities that may harm the website.

We sell / arrange bookings for holiday stays (apartments and homes) and complementary services (extra packs), with prices shown in euros (€) before payment.

Information, images, descriptions and prices become binding once the Staylio booking is confirmed and paid, except for obvious error or force majeure.

House rules for each property and any special conditions are stated on the listing or in the booking confirmation.

The cancellation and refund policy for Staylio bookings is published at /politica-de-cancelacion.

Payments for Staylio bookings and extras are processed through a secure card payment gateway (currently Santander TPV / Redsys or another authorised provider). We do not store your full card details on our servers.

After payment you will receive an email confirmation with the booking reference and amount charged.

This website may contain links to third-party websites, including Airbnb and other external services.

Staylio Rentals is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third-party websites.

All website content, including text, images, logos, design and structure, is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

Reproduction, distribution or modification without the operator’s prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Staylio Rentals does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website, or that content is permanently up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, it shall not be liable for damage arising from use of the website or inability to access it.
